Otakon 2012 one-day review

yo guys, riderman16 here and ma, it's  been a while since my last journal entry huh? anyways, yesterday I've gone to Otakon 2012 with my brother, his girlfriend, and his friends as well and it was a blast, took 196 photos including Crunchyroll's very own SailorBee aka PikachuRepublic and had fun hanging out with her and the Crunchyroll team. Sadly, the autographs at the convention was a ticketed event that sold out on Friday or early yesterday morning, but other than that, spent most of my time in the dealer's room, game room, ota-cafe, and last but not least, the Otakon rave. anyways, got myself a CardFight! Vanguard Royal Paladin trial deck (been looking for a deck a long time, but couldn't find any), a Crunchyroll wristband and t-shirt when signing up for a 30-day trial membership. saw GokaiRed, GokaiGreen, Kibaranger, AbareKiller, MegaRed, and the Green Ninja Ranger posing with Darth Vader and later on both GokaiRed and yours truly had a showdown between Riders and Rangers ala Super Hero Taisen. also to my surprise, saw two Nanoha cosplayers namely Fate Testarossa and Hayate Yagami both from the movie 1st and A's respectively which there should be more at the convention. last thing though, the rave was awesome as hell, mostly lost myself in the music while dancing with a couple of maids which in my opinion, were very cute. all and all, Otakon was a blast and hoping to go again next year hopefully for 3 days. anyways, this is riderman16 aka.
